I made a promise to myself that I would read more. Reading more means finding more books to read, right? With so many ways to discover books to read, I’m sharing my favorite ways below:

TARGET

Yet another reason for me to love Target. Their book section carries a lot of new releases. Also, many of their releases are priced 20 or 30 percent off. Throughout the year, Target has sales on books (usually buy 2, get 1 free).

On a recent browse through the store, I discovered The Cousins by Karen M. McManus and Badass Habits” by Jen Sincero. *adds to always-growing reading list*

BARNES & NOBLE

Every few months, I check out the New Releases section at Barnes & Noble. Books that catch  My location has expanded the New I find a ton of new books such as The Woman Outside My Door by Rachel Ryan and A Declaration of the Rights of Magicians by H. G. Parry.

INSTAGRAM

I follow my local libraries, the #readingspot and #bookstagram hashtags, publishing house accounts (e.g., @penguinbooks, @simonandschuster, @flatiron_books, etc). I also love @bookofthemonth and @reesesbookclub.

LIBBY APP

I have both of my library cards on the Libby app. I use the New In Books and the New In Audiobooks features in the app to find books to read. Books that I’m interested in reading are saved to my shelf to read later.

How do you find books to read?

Write on,
